At most billing rates, six forgotten minutes a month pays for Timecrumbs. Think of the call you never wrote down, or the email you answered at 7 a.m. before you'd opened your timesheet.

Billing questions

What counts as a user?

Anyone whose time Timecrumbs records. An Individual License is for one user, and it moves with them to a new computer whenever they need it to. The licenses guide shows how.

How does a firm license work?

Buy it with a work email at your firm's own domain. A personal address such as Gmail or Outlook.com can't be used, because the domain decides who is covered. Anyone at your firm who signs in to Timecrumbs with their Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace work account at that domain is covered, up to the number of users you bought. Each computer counts as one user, so someone who uses Timecrumbs on two computers counts twice. Whoever manages your firm's shared Timecrumbs settings can share the key once, and everyone's Timecrumbs picks it up.

What if my firm has more than 100 users?

Ask us for a quote, and we'll set up a plan for your firm.

What happens if I stop paying?

Recording continues for seven days, then pauses. Timecrumbs still opens, read-only: you can view, report on, and export everything you recorded, but not add or change entries. Nothing is deleted. Renew, and everything picks up where you left it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Timecrumbs isn't working for you within 30 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund. The refund policy has the details.

Who handles the payment?

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax and VAT. We never see your card number.
